Hey, union folks! I'm back in bargaining tomorrow, and wondering - what note-taking strategies do you use when you're bargaining?

So, apparently the new AI "virtual agent" that our company is introducing is being trained by getting it to make up questions from looking at our procedures, and then asking itself those questions. To "train" it, we rate it on the responses, and then that goes to the AI to "improve" it.
