Those of you on wheels for mobility what do you use for safety in the dark? My small buggy has a headlamp but now moving to an electric wheelchair regularly so looking at reflector strips etc. Currently using velcro on wrist strips and found a pair of reflective cat eyes that might put on the back.

My usual method is: Add a teaspoon of bicarb to the water when parboiling, leave them to dry for an hour (longer if you've got the time), very hot pan/fat, turn them in the fat, and roast for an hour or so at 200ºC fan turning at least once.
