It pisses me off that the message here is you can fail so badly you have to lay off 40% of your staff, then say "It's because AI!" And then the market rewards you.ale.Jack SHOW how AI is really replacing people, because I be the real story is his business is failing and poorly run.

800 people at Whittier International Elementary right now to coordinate ICE resistance. EIGHT HUNDRED, at one little school. Recall there are only 2,000 ICE agents in the entire metro. Puny!

Trump is named to be a rapist by a victim in the Epstein files.

Hegseth committed a war crime by ordering the shooting of survivors of a sunk boat. Trump committed a war crime by invading another nation, kidnapping their leader, and starting another war of comquest.

Hey, just in case you forgot, Trump is definitely lying about Epstein and all of this shift is to deflect from that.

This would be a great question to pose to the White House. If you believe that federal officers can kill individuals who disobey their orders, does that mean you think the Capitol Police should have opened fire on January 6th? Do you think Ashli Babbitt deserved to die and others should have too?

Venezuela, the gift that keeps giving, for Trump. He can wag the dog on Epstein, show off his fascist strong man bonfires, and hide the crater in the budget that his tarrif policy has made.

I know a lot of centrist and moderate technocrats who have totally reversed opinion on her in the last few years as they've realized she's both way more savvy and tenacious than they expected. People like fighters. She's a Grant in a party full of McClellans.

Daredevil Born Again is coming, and I am jazzed. But people who are looking for "What should I watch to get caught up?" are doing it wrong. Watch it on its own merits. If you like it, dive into the original series, Echo, and anywhere else Matt Murdock or Fisk show up.

Musk is calling USAID “evil” and saying it must die. Trump is suddenly interested in cutting off funding to South Africa. For those wondering why the sudden focus on this, might we suggest digging into the role USAID played in ending apartheid? —>

1. Show up. Go to the places Musk is taking over, bring cameras, demand to find out what's going on and where it breaks the law. 2. Refuse to allow standard business to continue unimpeded. Deny unanimous consent, delay votes, etc. 3. Be public about how illegal all of this is 4. Lay out a plan

The SCOTUS piece is the one that irks me most because court reform was a genuine live issue at the start of Biden’s term. They forced it into a study group to ice everyone, and then did absolutely nothing on its recommendation. But now we get the bully pulpit for term limits and ethics reform.

🧵 How do we know Trump is full of sh** when he shrieks about “hydrants running dry”? Because in 2016, a horrendous wildfire hit Gatlinburg Tennessee. Hydrants ran dry and 14 people died. A higher death toll than the LA Fires. But Tennessee had a GOP governor, so newly-elected Trump posted:

I spoke at my kid's career day today. One of the kids and one of the teachers asked me if I worried about AI taking my job. So then I had ro explain that I don't, for a variety of reasons, but I really wish I had this picture to use to drive the point home.

This is true, and drives home that Bernie is right. The dems didn't offer an acknowledgement that normal people continue to be screwed by corporate America (see prices and price gouging recast as inflation) and as a result, they didn't offer a vision of how to fix it.
