I am finding as I get older that I talk more with my hands than I used to. Does anyone else have that experience?

I've been staying away from social media lately because I go down the doom and gloom spiral way too quickly with all the bullshit happening. I see you, new followers! When I do post, I mostly stick with gaming, content creation related to gaming, and silly randomness. Plus dogs.

I've been doom scrolling hard. I'm at a loss for words with everything that is happening. This is a good reminder. Find your happy distractions when you can. Give yourself a break from the doom.
