As much as I love RE1R, and I vastly prefer it to the original, both games deserve to be available and played. RE1R have some parts to the game that were remixed which, not only retells the story, but surprises you if you played the original. You can't have one without the other.

Ngl, one thing that I miss about older games is the small quirks of localization. Ultimately, it's better if the localized art remains the same as the original. Censoring things is in general bad. But... I would 100% drink at a bar that serves only cider.
