Just found out that Deep Rock Galactic: Survivors had its 1.0 release. There goes the next month of gaming for me! I sunk 250 hours into early access, I'm gonna sink it all again with 1.0!

Just to further nail home that I REALLY need to get more consistent, I lost a SendouQ game to a team that for a single Rainmaker game ran 3 Splooshes and a Zap. That was a team comp we should have decimated and absolutely ran over, but I was playing so incredibly poorly. Just gotta keep at it!

Had an absolutely insane run in a Splatoon tournament tonight. Beating a team of div 4 players and a team of div 3 players. I was playing incredibly well tonight. Now, I just have to be able to harness this level of play consistently!

Starting to think I don't got it in me to win a low level event. Another 2nd place to add to the history of playing in FTIU. Playing so incredibly well until just completely shitting the bed in finals. When it mattered the most I just couldn't do anything, played VERY poorly, and let my team down.

For the Blue Jays to go through 6 different pitchers post-start tonight and still give up 7 runs against a lower standing team, shows how poor the pitching staff is. This many in one game shows a deeper issue than "a few pitchers not being good enough". The Jays won't survive post-season like this.

Got a YMCA Membership today, gonna finally start going to the gym regularly and start getting back into shape! The combined life of gaming and IT worker has definitely done a number on my body by now.

It's so disappointing that I have a Love-Hate relationship with Rivals of Aether 2. I actively want to try and get better and it's really fun when the online works, but it's hard to take it seriously when half of every play session's games are in connections that eat inputs like crazy.

Land Crabs ended up 4th in Gamma Bracket of Low Ink, going on a crazy run in losers after dropping down from R1 Winner's Side! I feel like we coulda gone further, but it wasn't meant to be this run. The team played amazingly and are looking forward to hopefully doing the next low ink!

Land Crabs got Gamma Bracket in our first Low Ink in over a year! We almost had Beta bracket, but lost our last set 1-2. We'll eat up in Gamma Bracket tomorrow! I gotta get some coaching for Dread, cause I get stun-locked as a player when facing teams who are on our skill level and higher.

I reaaaaaaaaaaally gotta figure out how the FUCK to fight against rushdown teams in Splatoon. It just feels like a hard counter that I lose to guaranteed and there's nothing I can do.

Turns out that the only way to beat m6s is to have a group of friends who have cleared it After months of adds prog on that fight because NOONE in PF can do that part, I jump in with a bunch of friends who've already cleared and we finish the fight in 3 pulls it's depressing how bad PF is...

Another evening of m6s "prog" in PF where I do everything correct until someone else wipes us on adds. Further cementing the fact that if you didn't clear this fight in the first week, you never will, even if you're completely capable of it.

A game showcase just confirmed that you can sub in a mouse for one of the 2 joycons on the Switch 2. I can't wait for Splatoon social media to be a dumpster-fire for the next week or so. I only see this as a positive. It'll bring SO many people into the series if Splatoon 4 uses it too.

I really want SF6 to go on sale on Steam to try it. Have had a lot of vids come through my feed on it (thanks Sajam) and now wanna jump in and give it the good ol' college try. It's just that steam history shows the base game going on sale every 2 months, and it's around that time again.
