Car crashes are never just "accidents." When it comes to ICE's driving in particular, their sense of impunity and the specter of random violence is, in fact, central to their terror campaign.

My sense of Minnesota today is that there’s less tear gas and the same amount of unlawful detention, destruction of families, loss of livelihood, people in hiding. There is less tear gas at places like Lake and Lyndale, so it’s not making news.

I found out today that one of the largest firms in the state has >10% of their attorneys working basically full time on habeas petitions. If you aren't in the legal industry, that's basically unprecedented. And our bar is still in the early stages of mobilizing. The full efforts have yet to begin.
