Finished watching #Adolescence this weekend and while I thought it was good, and the acting exemplary, I was mainly left disappointed. This could easily have been 8 episodes, showing the timeline of events leading up to to the first episode's events.

It is true that government spending on health-related benefits is rising fast. Total spending on working-age disability and incapacity benefits has increased in real terms by £19 billion since 2019-20 and is set to rise by a further £13 billion between 2024-25 and 2029-30.

It's important that employers understand how menstrual health can affect women at work - small adjustments and support can make a world of different but as mentioned in CIPD research in this BBC article, many women feel unable to discuss it with their manager www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...
