This is Minneapolis: Walk into my neighborhood ACE last night & see the signage on their door notifying fed agents that it’s private property and cannot be used for immigration enforcement. These signs are all over the city. Walk in & the nearest shelf has goggles & whistles.

ICE agents ate at El Tapatio in Willmar, MN, then came back hours later and detained the workers who served them. Turning a meal into surveillance isn’t public safety it’s intimidation. Remember private businesses can refuse service to ICE agents!

A federal appeals panel today overturned a lower court ruling that had ordered the release of former Columbia University graduate student Mahmoud Khalil from immigration detention, moving the government one step closer to re-detaining him.
