I feel bad expressing this sentiment because I'm lucky enough to have supportive parents. But I consider them as a safety net for bigger issues. On a day to day basis, I have nobody but myself to get work done, to rely on, to show myself any care. I'm sure a lot of single working mums can relate.

I've been thinking a lot about that bumper sticker which says "everything looks like a conspiracy theory when you don't understand how anything works" and folks it's pretty obvious to me that the people in power right now have absolutely no desire to understand how anything works.

A local woman started a women's only strength gym in her garage and me, having never done "gym" before, figured it would be my best chance to start. And not just me Lotsa newbies working hard. I'm loving the vision of all the mums in our town becoming strong badasses together.

Work has begun on my next coloring book, but as it is a couple of months away I wanted to share something else in the meantime. I thought combining the designs from my Fantasy Alphabet and Inspirational Quotes books into a mini pocket size edition would be really cute!

I struggled to solve the end of the Shadow Dragon Saga because of this. The evil in that world was caused by greed/inaction of MANY. (Being vague to avoid spoilers) The answer ended up being a community's work helping the oppressed resulted in the numbers/situation needed to make large scale change.
