My weight has been “stagnant” for weeks even though I’ve been consistent with my eating and going to the gym BUT when I look at the other metrics I’ve actually gained 6 lbs of muscle. Without that metric I would have mentally spiraled

Inktober sets completely unrealistic expectations regarding output. Making a complete inked drawing in one day EVERY day for a month is insane and a recipe for burnout. Don’t tie your worth to something that even professionals believe is unrealistic.

If people don’t communicate their needs, issues, or triggers and hide things from you only to unleash them like a deluge that’s toxic as hell. You deserve people around you that will have those hard conversations, communicate clearly, and foster actual community. True friends grow together.
