This friendship book follows two feathered cousins as they try to one-up each other with their hilarious pranks. Word choice, voice, and onomatopoeia make the text just as playful and silly as the illustrations and little readers will love the unexpected/surprise ending.

I tell my writers and illustrators this all the time, but the best thing you can do for yourself while on submission (or while querying) is to be working on your next project. It helps keep your mind occupied so you don't obsess over the silence during the interminably long wait for responses.
