We're happy to welcome back @allieinchains.bsky.social, an artist we've already hosted numerous times, mainly through her band Transgressive, the death/thrash powerhouse from Arizona who has been carrying the flag of anti-fascist metal since 2021. This is her first black metal record!

In the mood for some calmer stuff today, so I'm listening to this compilation: Soft Side of Hard Rock Released in 1988 Featuring some awesome ballads. The standout track on here imo: Dio's All The Fools Sailed Away! I love this song!

Here's one I was looking forward to and then it got lost in the shuffle. Featuring several local artists (@tumultuousruin.bsky.social, @vanessafunke.bsky.social to name a few), this style of mixing BlackMetal and electronic music works far better than I expected! Highly, highly recommended!

We've been renovating a room for the last month, which now becomes my work room. Yesterday evening I was finally able to put in all CDs and Tapes! They all finally got a place now!

#JustListened This is pretty cool! Synthwave of the more melancholic variety. The lyrics speak about memories of a relationship that has ended and the feelings that come with that. The tempo is not too fast to take away from the sadness, but not too slow either. Highly recommended!
