As someone who has A LOT of band shirts, I fully concur. I hate the low tier Gildan shirts. They are super cheap for a reason. So uncomfortable. I own way too many & don’t wear as often as my softer shirts. I would rather pay an extra $5 to $10 more for a non Gildan shirt. #metalsky

Sleep Token show was really good. They had this Castle Greyskull type stage set up. And lots of lights. Lots and lots of lights. Made it hard to see what was happening on stage sometimes as I was VERY far away. #metalsky

People assume I have tinnitus from going to metal shows, but I actually got it & some hearing loss from chemotherapy, which came before my metal concert days. I always wear high quality ear plugs to shows to protect the hearing I have left & to hopefully not worsen the tinnitus. #metalsky

One of the things I hate the most about having tinnitus is that it’s pronounced TIN-uh-tus but most people say tin-EYE-tus, so if you pronounce it correctly you sound like an asshole. Everything else about tinnitus also sucks though. Zero upsides. Wear earplugs. #metalsky

Wear ear plugs. There are really high quality ones that are pretty inexpensive. Hearing loss is permanent. It’s not like you leave that Skeletal Remains show & your ears bounce back good as new in a couple days. That ringing in your ears is a cry for help. #metalsky
