Witnessed a bus driver from Byron, MN do a right hook & nearly hit a person on rollerblades. The rollerblader sat for a while and left before I got there. I spoke w/the driver, he said "she jumped out of the way". This was on W River Pwy entering the parking lot @ Stone Arch Bridge.

Earlier this year, Frey claimed there were only “27 people experiencing unsheltered homelessness across our city.” But Hennepin County data showed 628 people experiencing unsheltered homelessness, with over 85% likely in Minneapolis.

I have empathy for the DMV workers at the Downtown Minneapolis location. They work in a basement, deal with every nuance that there is and many still have a sense of humor.
