Ok Christmas gift update. lol I couldn’t figure out what to get my mom and Dad but it finally came to me this morning. My Dad build my mom a beautiful greenhouse. It’s fully heated and had fans and he added two recliners a tv and surround sound audio for music.

Snow days in my house are a choose your own adventure situation. I made breakfast sandwiches because one of my sons had to go to work…then I made my Mississippi pot roast and the base for my chicken and dumplings. A little later I’ll make the mashed potatoes, fry some cabbage and add my dumplings.

There’s just enough snow to be cute outside. It’s extra cute because I don’t have to go outside. 😆
