This is also why using “ICE” as a metaphor for “ICE AND CBP” has been problematic. CBP is WORSE than ICE. But this makes it clear that ICE specifically is the source of concern. ICE has been terrible, but CBP worse (Bovino was CBP, Good’s killer CBP trained, etc.). They don’t get a pass!
