And just a word on Trump Derangement Syndrome (“TDS”), cited in the brief. This is a disinformation tactic — a made-up phrase designed to undermine the credibility of Trump‘s critics by giving them a disparaging label that makes them easy to dismiss.

This brief in support of Trump’s ballroom reads like a Truth Social post written by the president himself. What a disgrace for DOJ, which once relied on facts, law, common sense, decency, respect, and, most importantly, the fair administration of justice.
