YES! From my perspective, we need to start from scratch on these diagnoses, let patients take the lead, and re-define. Cuz i’m gonna tell you that psychology is simply not advanced enough to distinguish. I have deep suspicions that ADHDs, Autists, and Trans folx are effectively the same population.

Truth. We often don’t get typical signals from our bodies; food, water, and sleep signals can all elude us until they become urgent.

Overwhelm naps! When I worked at a tech fruit stand, I would come home SO overstimulated that I would pass out for hours the moment I sat down. I had no control over where, when or whether I fell asleep and couldn't be roused. At all. 😬 When I came around, it felt like walking through dense fog.
