I think my favorite section of the Internet is the men who call out other men for being misogynists. Some do it with facts, some with incredulity, and some with music but whatever their media, they always make me smile. I hope the men who need to hear them do, but if not, you do the ladies proud.

This is a really great examination of the administration's current rhetoric, where they seem to be steering, and the reasons there hope that their attempt to crack down on anyone considered dissident might, in fact, mirror the end of McCarthyism.

Yesterday I took my Six Sigma Black Belt exam. 4 months of classes, homework, and studying 3-4 hours a week is finally done. Pretty sure I passed, it's just a relief. One project away from the last certification of more in my profession.

Yesterday, my parents celebrated 47 years of marriage. They got married young and dumb and have survived, flourished through hardships, losses, changes, and joys. Gave me some unrealistic expectations that I had to work through but their marriage continues to inspire me.

Cut six inches off my hair. Wife keeps staring and when I approach her says things like "I'm sorry, ma'am, I'm a married to woman..." It's freaking her out. Next time, I'll shorten gradually. She'll get used to it, she's just never seen me with short hair.

I keep two books 📚 going most of the time. An audiobook, which I prefer since I can listen while knitting and while working, and a physical book to read at night before bed, which generally goes slower. Currently listening to Her Majesty's Royal Coven and reading Baseball the Movie.
