The original game director for Milano's Odd Job Collection graciously worked together with us to make this re-release happen. He even gave us never-before-seen concept art and development materials that we translated and included in-game!

One thing I always see every #Godot #gamedev tutorial advising people do that I find quite a not good advice is to use the AnimationTree for simple sprite based 2D games. You might want to look out for it cause this can sacrifice useful tools and create more complexity within your code.

oh boi, I love Umihara Kawase so much. There's just such a beauty on it that you can't find anywhere else.

It's worth stressing for those who haven't played RAD that up until this precise point, the game has played it straight about the consequences of your destruction and it's only later on that it's like, "Actually, giant robots should be used to destroy capitalism, not maintain it." It's beautiful.

Feeling more and more like ditching my daw in favor of a tracker (famitracker with vrc7 expansion sounds beautiful), the workflow with the instruments and FX seems so powerful. At the same time, looks like something that take so much time/ effort to get used to x_x.

Finally found some time to play Princess Crown! ;-; I always wanted to play this game so much, and now we have an english translation! One of the most beautiful pixel art out there! Absolutely stunning. Gameplaywise is a simple game (in some sense) but overall really enjoying the experience :)

Absolutely agreed with this! To me Snes Shiren is like one of the most wonderful games EVER MADE. Its deep but simple, elegant, intuitive, and profoundly evocative. Its as much a powerful experience as it is actually really fun, challenging and stressful. You should play it, please, play it.
