Heading to the Mayo Bowl on Thursday. My flight leaves at 7am from DFW on the 1st, and I need to be there at 5am. Everyone guess when I'll probably start packing for this trip.

It’s been about a week since this latest bout of depression hit me, and nothing I’ve done seems to be working. I don’t know what to do at this point. I’ve talked to my psych, I’ve got my meds changed, I’ve gone out for walks, I’m sleeping an appropriate amount. I don’t know what to do.
