Again I ask, no matter who thinks it's offensive, what is the difference right now between Israel and Nazi Germany? (And I do mean ISRAEL; not the Jewish people. I shouldn't have to stress that but the two are too often conflated for convenience and/or prejudicial reasons.)

This is heartbreakingly unacceptable. I'm glad it has a happy ending too in this case. But what about every other case that does not make it to the news cycle and has no happy ending? We're failing as a society.
