Trying to recreate the cinnamon rolls I made in my youth (in the 80s) from the cookbook I originally used (now very vintage from the 70s). I’m really hoping they turn out. I also have a lot of roll dough left, so trying my hand at Parker rolls. But have 1/2 of the dough left & unsure what to make!

As an academic, I cannot recommend this enough! And since I follow people in many different disciplines, I get to see some cool stuff I normally wouldn’t.
