6/ Framing Figures as Heroes: Means is selling the idea that everyone is sick, but only Trump and RFK are brave enough to ask why. This takes people’s own health anxieties and invites them to turn that into political and personal trust.

5/ Adversarial Framing: “Be a difficult patient” twists a reasonable action like advocating for yourself in healthcare settings into being hostile. It primes readers to see doctors as adversaries who don’t really want to help you.

4/ Vagueness and an Invitation to Projection: “Whole food,” “Why we’re sick,” “ask questions.” These are non-specific. For example, he doesn’t name the sickness or define whole food. It invites a reader to project their prior beliefs and fears. This makes it effective and hard to challenge.

3/ Empowerment Bait: Use of empowering language like “vocally support, demand, buy,” that makes the reader feel like they are invited to participate. Also anything from posting to school advocacy is framed as conservative activism regardless of the reasons.

2/ Trojan Horse: “Trust President Trump. Trust RFK.” is followed up by seemingly harmless ideas. It invites people to adopt that trust because it frames this as if people who don’t trust them are against popular reasonable seeming things like local food and figuring out causes of illness.

1/ Frame Association: This ties RFK and Trump to popular and increasingly popular ideas—local food (farm-to-table is extremely popular) and advocating for yourself at the doctor.
