The US is about to pull another Venezuela with Cuba by engaging in military strikes and kidnapping Raul Castro. There's a substantial likelihood that it could collapse the Cuban state and turn into a civil war with a refugee crisis in the hundreds of thousands fleeing by boat to Florida.
