People saying that TTRPG systems are interchangeable in two thousand and twenty fucking six is precisely why I'm still out here yelling system matters.

Vaguely: you know, I do feel that if your honest belief is that "systems are largely interchangeable because there's only so far you can stretch a d100 and success results", you would benefit from reading more systems. Moonlight at Roseville Beach and Zephyr alone challenge that assumption.
