I find #TheTraitors truly fascinating from a psychological perspective. So many of the players are there because they love the show and they think they’re good game players. Yet they all consistently fall into the same traps and cognitive biases. It’s so inherently human and I love it!

Finally watching the first episode of #CelebrityTraitors. First observation is that it’s interesting to watch celebs explicitly seeing it as a game, whereas I think many people in the normal version see it as an opportunity to win money to change their life and so don’t just see it as ‘a fun game’

I've been wanting to write again recently but I keep getting that little self-doubt voice that says 'you've got nothing interesting to say' and 'nobody will be interested anyway'. Maybe it's time to just push through the discomfort and get writing again regardless of the little self-doubt voice!

Does anyone else have any fun holiday traditions? I've just got back from a holiday and one of the first things I packed was a new Pez dispenser. When I was younger my mum would always get us new Pez dispensers and lots of refills for the journey, and even now I can't holiday without Pez!

Getting stuck while we're writing is a feature, not a bug. It's the point of the exercise. It's what happens when we are trying to express something we have not expressed before. That friction forces us to make the tools we need to understand and express it. Getting stuck is how we make meaning.

I’m still so intrigued about the idea of a Celebrity Traitors. I can see the obvious appeal, but I think the show works because the people don’t know each other which plays a large part in the way they often pick up the most ridiculous breadcrumbs as ‘evidence’. Will be an interesting experiment!
