How your email finds me

For the first time, a paper on which I'm an author (albeit a minor one) got a review that was "assisted" (i.e., entirely written) by an LLM. The journal allows it if you check the "I used AI" box. How do you even reply to this as an author? What is the point of rebutting obvious incoherent AI slop?
