It breaks my heart that Belinda had this done to her. Her imagination and drive are unparalleled. I didn’t get to work with her directly but being on the same team I know what an amazing writer she is and how hard she works. Hire her and she will give you stories you never seen before.

Every single day I was amazed by the empathy, care, and positivity Belinda brought to her work and everyone she collaborated with. She is such a rare treasure of a human and any team would be so lucky to have her.

I've been so lucky to count Belinda as my friend before she was my co-worker, and it destroys me to lose her like this. She is such an amazing, thoughtful writer, and was such an immense well of positivity on our team. I love her dearly, and you should absolutely snap her up as soon as you can.

That meant we built a team full of caring, supportive people who could be vulnerable and take risks and create truly amazing stories together. I could be confident in my writing because I knew a group of incredibly talented writers had given me the support I needed to make something great.

The narrative team at Crystal? My dream people. We often joked that our team was where traumatized writers came to heal. @jstafford.bsky.social set the tone early: when we were hiring, we would look for writers who were better than we were and knew the job was not our life.

Yesterday marked my 1 year and 6 months at Crystal Dynamics!! Which may not seem like much, but it’s actually the longest I’ve stayed at a studio. 💗 We all dream of working on inspiring project paired with a kind, supportive team and I am so grateful to have found that. They have my whole heart. 💕
