I had the privilege of knowing some very fine people in grad school.

When a big case with a high profile powerful abuser like Diddy is up, the culture pretends to care about survivors by telling us to cover our ears so we’re not triggered by violent details. But what’s worse for me is the way folks actually talk about survivors & talk over us saying listen to us.
