FWIW @steampowered.com the only acceptable way to announce Half-Life 3 is a specially commissioned issue of PCZONE that just carries on with news and reviews like it never died, and has an 8-page preview spread dedicated to HL3. People should find out about this game at a newsagents imo.

My GTA6 delay opinion is that though it will obviously be brilliant I think I'd actually much rather play a fun blocky indie take on the genre that's fun and on a GTAIII-sized map and is mostly about going really fast over ramps.

Beat Absolum. Amazing game, 10/10. The only issue is that late game 2-player with loads of effects and characters on screen becomes *impossible* to keep track of where you are. Not sure what the solution to that is tbh. Anyway, delighted to see there's more to do after beating it. Prob GotY for me.

Rewatched 'Tremors' with my kid. I've said it before, but that film is magnificent and an absolute fucking masterclass in foreshadowing. Deeply satisfying, not a second wasted. Shame it gets dismissed as a 'monster movie' because it is a solid Top 5 film of all time. Perfection.
