Eternal Flame is the first book in Chronicles of the Realms, a high fantasy series with xianxia elements, a multi-species ensemble cast, and a focus on the story of Ashrah, a demon who, in seeking her freedom, finds a sapient sword who promises purification in exchange for blood.

I don't think any of my characters tend to sleep well or would have what is considered a healthy sleep schedule. Gretchen in my Uncanny Encounters Series tends to get very focused on her work to the exclusion of eating or sleeping.
