Ellis is painstakingly details what happened to Juan Munoz, a trustee on the Oak Park Village Board, who was arrested during a protest at the Broadview immigration processing facility in early October. Munoz was "used as a prop for Department of Homeland Security videos," Ellis says.

The worst was they weren’t even looking for a bailout per se. They were looking for loan guarantees because their cost of financing was “too high” (due to Knightian uncertainty) for an investment that was literally supposed to be economically earth-shattering and world changing.
