If you’ve never sat in sixth grade, terrified because you bled through your seat, your take on free tampons in school bathrooms isn’t relevant.

When I was 14 my English teacher saved my life when I tried to kill myself bc of abusive parents. Yesterday she and her husband legally adopted me (I'm 28) I've never felt so loved. I never thought I could "deserve" it bc I was taught that love is transactional. Now I know it can be unconditional.
