Proposal, have the state setup a company (say MNRail) to purchase all the trackage in the state as well as the line from Sandstone to Superior. Fund services to connect MSP w/ DUL, ROC, STC, Kato, etc and allow it to be used by open access operators. We can have a true rail system here if we try.
