Strait of Hormuz is getting all of the attention because, natch, oil. But price spikes, backlogs, capacity issues, & extended transit times for global cargo flights are happening too due to closed air spaces, rerouted traffic, & grounded flights. Don't think that won't hit your purse strings soon.
