i've not watched charlie kirk die, but i've read that there are videos from multiple angles. i think it's worth reflecting on the fact that no one was expecting him to die, and that anyone filming at that moment was likely a fan. that they uploaded his death online speaks volumes about their psyche.

The UK is about to effectively ban trans people from public restrooms and other "single-sex spaces". Transphobes have advocated for this for the best part of the decade now, and its important to note that it does not hold up legally. It is completely incompatible with the existing law. But!

That's essentially what I've seen being advocated for on Genspect's website too. Their default position is now that any trans healthcare is essentially a form of abuse. We really need to pay attention here, there is more going on than just the Supreme Court outcome.

The bill essentially allows anyone to use whistleblower status to block even healthcare treatment under the guise of child abuse. The whistleblower is well protected, as they can even raise concerns anonymously. Essentially, anyone with GC beliefs could use this to create serious problems.
