I've seen gentrification happen in real time in three different areas. In DC, Fort Wayne, and Baltimore. All of those areas still have hella luxury housing/apartments sitting vacant while having huge homeless populations. How is the gentrification helping there????

Last thing I'm gonna say about this gentrification shit because some of y'all are beyond saving. At the end of the day, saving a neighborhood that was gutted by greed and racism, cannot be saved by people that want to make money from it or people not from that environment.
