I've just finished re-reading "The book that wouldn't burn" by @marklawrenceauthor.bsky.social and, wow! Again! For many different reasons! 😍 I just remembered the big twists, so it was great seeing all the hints of what was to come, right from the beginning. Diving straight into book 2, then 3 😀

It needs to be stated over and over - this isn't just a matter of errors: The point is that LLM AI is literally incapable of reviewing or validating research data. It absolutely cannot do that job, at all, ever. But it is very good at generating something that looks like a convincing review.

2026-23. Emily Wilde's Compendium of Lost Tales, by Heather Fawcett - 3.5/5 I'm afraid I didn't enjoy this one as much as the others (maybe just my mood). It was nice seeing her living in Faie, but despite attempts to stress that was not the case, I feel she lost what made her special, as a scholar.
