When I was about 11 I was late to school because I was having a great run on Pyro II and my mother just let it happen (wrote me a note and drove me in late) because she wanted to see what the final level was too. That was 35 years ago.

Deep cut, but THE ARTIST (2011) which was award-hyped that year, and I hated every single part of it, from the main character to the artistic choices. It never went the way I hoped, and its choices were not interesting or pleasant to me at all. Fifteen years later, I still carry the grudge. 😂
