We're now close to a full foot of snow on our balcony. This has basically been untouched for the last week so it's a full accumulation. The streets aren't as deep but more compacted and icy.

Leaving a party drunk, couldn't open the driveway gate so climbed over a 2ft wall, fell forward and landed on my nose that made a very satisfying cracking sound. Another 2ft to my right was an open path I could have walked through - the same one I walked through when I arrived but forgot about it.

Call me Humpty Dumpty 'cause I had a great fall. November was a good month, and full of big important moments. Lots of nice walks and drives, a trip home to see lots of family and friends, being a tourist in my own city, and then a big house move into a new place I'm really excited to call home.

I'm moving to a new flat at the end of this month. That will be my 16th move since I moved out of my parent's house at 18. That's an average of 1.125 years per home.
