Yep! Most awards require you to submit yourself for consideration. This also includes sending free physical copies of books etc to the judges. I have run more combats in more systems than I can count, and my one universal piece of advice to make them fun is: JUST KEEP ROLEPLAYING! - Have the enemies talk shit, taunt, joke, monologue, confess! - Ask how PCs feel! Why? - Make actions emotion driven! Hatred! Fear! Jealousy! Envy! Love!

I had such a great time with the EUphoria folk. One of the most enjoyable AP experiences I've had. All of our characters absolutely 100% survived the whole game... yup! No tragic character deaths here!

It’s also GORGEOUS. The holo foil is absolutely beautiful in a way that photographs just cant show.

Looks like a normal history museum at first, but has some dumb divergence point in the first room like “Photograph of first contact with the plushie aliens of Glorbax 5” then extrapolates an alternative history from there. All fake photos and props. The weird divergence point changes every season.

Great workshop at @cymerafestival.co.uk today! Tickets sold out so we had a full house of city building nerds. Ended up with some great cities, including one that makes you explode, one that’s perpetually sinking, one with rainbow beaches and a slight cannibalism problem, and many more.

I planned to resurrect the vlog for UKGE. Give some BTS insights etc. But after forcing out some low-energy recording, I decided against it. The sad fact is, this was my 10th UKGE! And my main takeaway is: "I think I need a break from conventions." Not quite the 'Yay cons!' vibe folk like to see.🧵
