Last year, miHoYo copied my puzzle game Ouros in Zenless Zone Zero. Because they are a recognized, billion-dollar studio and my game isn't well known, some people are now assuming that their version is the original, and mine is the clone. I hope this video clears that up.

I want to be clear. I’ve been to more than 20 conventions around the world now, interacting with countless people daily, and 99.9% have been so, so sweet and gracious to me and my castmates. It is so much easier to be an asshole online due to the anonymity. The world is better offline.

All I gotta say is that people who are criticizing any staff of a website for blocking users of the website need to spend a few years as staff of a social website and experiencing the unhinged abuse you get for it and see how fast you resort to mass blocking too

With more talk and hope around UI consistency in Windows 11 recently, I really hope these old Win8 spinning dots on the login and shutdown/sign out/etc. screens finally get updated this year. Please.

#hugops
to everyone still awake on the bluesky team. ddos attacks are always awful, but the added commentary from mastodonians and ai blamers definitely didn't help. i hope you have a very very deep sleep tonight.

that said — if bluesky is AI-coded or not, a large enough DDoS will bring any website or service to its knees. back in 2006, botnets were comprised of compromised windows PCs around the world. in 2026? it’s probably your TEMU smart devices and smart TVs =P your actual computers are too secure

I know everyone loves to blame claude but generally these kinds of outages are not the fault of vibe coding and they are fucking miserable to deal with so hugops to everyone trying to put out the fire

So many apps and websites out there get this wrong (given their focus on such verbs) that I finally sitdowned, rollupped my sleeves, and speakupped in visual form. A sign for me to tap in the future!

No, an AI-focused "Windows 12" is not coming this year — here's the plan
A new report has caught the internet's attention, claiming that Windows 12 is coming this year and will be a modular, AI-powered OS. Here's why that's wrong.

To everyone who told me writing letters, open letters, and tagging Adobe wouldn't work, I would like you to see this. Adobe is reversing course on their decision to discontinue Animate. When enough people complain, usually progress gets made. The pen is mighty!

no they didn’t. 1) Microsoft renamed the "Microsoft 365 app" (a hub app that was called the Office app in the past) to "Microsoft 365 Copilot App" a year ago 🪨 2) Office became Microsoft 365 in 2022, and it remains Microsoft 365 3) thanks for coming to my TED talk
