i wish the icon tinting in iOS was better executed. like the black background with poor color contrast just looks jarring with most backgrounds. i put together these quick mockups to see how the icon tinting feature could be improved (imo) with better light mode colors & more..

Was looking at the aesthetics of some new Microsoft web apps (e.g Copilot, OneDrive etc) that use Fluent 2 and thought what if that sort of bubbly, rounded design language was ported over to Windows... (I also used Aptos as the UI font just for the lols)
