As I was saying 18 days ago: If you don’t believe the four women who spoke to CNN about Swalwell because of the “timing,” this is how it happens. Rumors online beget tips to reporters beget weeks of vetting and legal and fact-checking. If you don’t believe, it’s because you don’t want to.

A little fun fact I recently learned, the CTA did not endorse Swalwell at first. It was HOURS of debating because they couldn’t reach the threshold. But then something happened and he got it. And now he lost it. Fuck around and find out.
