Elon fucked up that app no doubt but one other thing that has turned it into a bastardized version of itself: people monetizing outrage and clout. When daily arguments and "battles" are the primary fuel of the podcast/content ecosystem there is no incentive to not generate more outrage and anger.

I know we don’t know each other, but it actually does mean a lot to see who actually enjoy sharing a digital space with me.
