6. So the overall story is that high skilled/high paid workers are strongly fiscally positive, while medium/lower paid workers are (very broadly) fiscally neutral in the long run (although positive in the short run). This is no great surprise to those of us who've looked at the data..

Itâs turning into a legitimacy crisis, that much is certain. But how much of this is stirred by the media? After all, they set the agenda. When the inevitable Reform govât lands, will the voices of reason - with their podcasts, substacks, blogs, radio shows etc - still be free to air their views?
