Our house emblems were looking a bit tired so we had a whole school project to make new ones using different textile techniques. Our very clever art/dt lead came up with the idea and stitched the panels together. The children are going to be very excited when they see them tomorrow! ☺️💚💙💛❤️

My lovely niece/goddaughter gave me these Lego daffodils for mothers' day & I got round to making them today. She said that she hoped I'd keep them forever and they'd always make me think of her. Love that girl to the moon and back 💕 😊🌼💛

First daffodils starting to bloom. Spring is on its way! ☺️💛

Lovely end to the half term. Two really positive parents'evenings and today we've had a pretty chilled day finishing bits off and visiting year 2 to read them our animal adventure stories. We even won both class cups! ☺️🤩😁

Nativity done. (Two performances today). I'm very tired but very proud of my little guys. They nailed it. 😊🤩😁

Fought through the crowds of Picadilly to go and see this beauty at the Royal Academy today. I've always wanted to see her and she didn't disappoint. Stunning 🧡🧡🧡

We made Christmas decorations this morning. Kept it fairly simple this year with 3-D stars, hears & trees and pine cone gonks. The gonks will go on the tree next week when the glue's dry...I even let the children decorate the tree themselves! 😂😊

I love Darrell's mix of brilliantly accessible projects for children and extraordinarily unachievable (for me) projects which test the limits of what can be done with recycled and reclaimed materials. Get him on your timeline, you won't be disappointed.
