Hey #adhd friends, some advice sought. I’m on a local community committee and will soon be taking on the secretary’s role. This means minuting meetings, which I haven’t done for nearly 20 years. I was also rubbish at it, because ADHD brain. Does anyone have any ADHD-friendly minute taking tips?

I’ve got to go to the mainland in two weeks time for mesh repair surgery on an umbilical hernia. Any friends that have had this procedure done, when they say “no heavy lifting” for X amount of time how heavy are they talking? Picking up my toddler heavy, or lugging around sacks of cement heavy?

Is cozy horror a thing as a genre? Asking for a friend who writes books set in the 1920s which are a cross between funny fantasy and folk horror. Figuring out where books sit in sub genres can be bloomin’ hard…
